Baked Fries with Garlic Sauce
Enjoy crispy and flavorful baked potato fries with a creamy garlic dipping sauce, perfect for a tasty snack or a side dish!
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 425F 220C
To make the fries even, add olive oil, salt, and pepper to a large bowl and toss the fries around
Place the fries on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer
Flip the fries over every 25 to 30 minutes while they're baking until they are golden brown and crispy
Make the garlic sauce while the fries are baking
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and parsley flakes together
Serve the fries hot with garlic sauce on the side when they're done
