  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Rub olive oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger, lemon zest, and orange zest into a bowl and mix them together using a whisk

Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets that are in a shallow dish

Put the fillets in the marinade for at least 30 minutes and turn them over halfway through

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Place the salmon on a plate and season it with salt and pepper

If you use a fork to flake the salmon, it's done after 4 to 5 minutes on each side

For extra flavor, baste the salmon with the rest of the marinade while it's cooking on the grill

Take the food off the grill when it's done and sprinkle it with fresh parsley

Warm up the citrus salmon on the grill and serve it with your favorite sides
