Turkey Burger with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese



This Turkey Burger with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese is a flavorful twist on a classic burger. The sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese add a tangy and savory element to the lean ground turkey, making it a delightful choice for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and any desired toppings for serving

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper

Mix until well combined

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties

Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat
