Candy Corn Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Yellow food coloring
- Orange food coloring
- White frosting
- Candy corn for decoration
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put paper liners in cupcake pans
Put the cake mix, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl
Add the softened butter and mix well
Mix until it's smooth
Put the same amount of batter into each of the three bowls
One bowl of batter should be colored yellow, and the other should be colored orange
Don't color the third bowl
To make the cupcake liners look like candy corn, put a layer of yellow batter in the bottom, then an orange layer, and finally a white layer
After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
On a wire rack, let the cupcakes cool all the way down
After the cupcakes have cooled, frost them with white frosting and put candy corn pieces on top
