Coconut Butter Shortbread Bites



These shortbread bites with coconut butter are a delectable vegan and paleo dessert. They are ideal for sating your sweet tooth because they are made with healthy ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or coconut nectar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut for coating

Instructions:

Melted coconut butter and coconut flour should be combined in a mixing bowl

Incorporate the almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and a small amount of salt

Stir to form a dough

Form the dough into tiny, bite-sized balls and arrange them on a tray covered with parchment paper

To coat, place the shredded coconut in a different shallow bowl
