Monster Cookie Oatmeal Creme Pies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&M's candies
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 batch of homemade marshmallow creme store-bought works too
Instructions:
Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet
Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth
One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one
Add the vanilla extract and mix well
Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl
Slowly add this dry mix to the wet ones, mixing just until everything is combined
Add the quick-cooking oats, chopped pecans, raisins, M&M's, creamy peanut butter, and semisweet chocolate chips
Mix them in carefully
Mix the ingredients together until they are all spread out evenly
Place about 1
5 tablespoons of dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, making sure there is enough space between each cookie
Put the cookies in an oven that has already been heated for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden
After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way
If you're not using store-bought marshmallow creme, make your own while the cookies cool
Once the cookies are completely cool, put a lot of marshmallow creme on the flat side of one and then put another cookie in between them
